1. Make sure you've completed all the offer requirements
Each offer has specific steps that need to be followed exactly. These are usually listed at the bottom left corner of the offer window. You’ll also see a helpful image guide showing you what to do — be sure to review this carefully before starting.
2. Already clicked "Claim" but nothing’s happening?
If you’ve completed the offer and clicked the "Claim" button but nothing seems to happen, or if you’re seeing an error message, there might be a technical issue.
In that case, we recommend reaching out to our support team. Please include as much detail as possible, such as:
The name of the offer.
A screenshot of the completed offer (if available).
Any error messages you’re seeing.
