What should I do if something goes wrong in a game?

If you’re experiencing issues with your game, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

1. Tracking issues
If you’ve reached a level, but it isn’t showing in BuffPlay yet, please allow up to 24 hours for the progress to update. If it still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, contact our support team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.

2. Ineligible for an offer
If you’re marked as ineligible for an offer, it means our game provider has determined that you don’t qualify for that specific offer. Don’t worry—there are plenty of other offers available, so be sure to check them out.
