Why can't I redeem my points?

We understand it can be frustrating when you're unable to claim an item. Unfortunately, this is due to a global daily limit that applies equally to all users. Once the daily quota is reached, claiming becomes temporarily unavailable until the system resets.

This limit is automatically reset every 24 hours, giving all users a fresh opportunity to claim again the next day. If you weren't able to claim today, we encourage you to try again after the reset. Claiming remains open each day until the maximum number of redemptions is reached.

Why Can’t You Just Grant It to Me Manually?

We know how disappointing it can be to miss out, but we’re unable to make manual exceptions. Granting items manually would be inconsistent with our policies and unfair to other users who are also subject to the same limitations. To keep the experience fair and transparent, we stick strictly to the automated system.

When Will More Be Available?

At this time, we’re unable to provide an exact timeframe for when more redemptions will become available each day, aside from the 24-hour reset cycle. We recommend checking back regularly, especially shortly after the reset time, to improve your chances.
